Input into the establishment of district master community operational plan & adoption direction (i.e. land cost & service charge)
Support the build execution team for infrastructure rollout, upon maturity of dev stage & depending on speed/scale
Support Roads projects assigned by development

All activities through land dev stage gates, developing district land development plan
Lead (at District level) the phasing plan and measurement against capacity of networks to inform when roads and transport systems need to be activated to meet development phasing
Coordination across asset class BUs to meet business requirements, i.e., access requirements, pipeline rollout
Lead (at District level) the provision of Transport data to Transport projects to inform system design
Lead preparations for opening and operational readiness scenarios specific to transport modes
Input into the development and maintenance of the district development brief in coordination with Asset BUs
Ensuring land is developed efficiently and ensures value creation at a land level
Ensuring mobility land use budget (i.e., development statistics) align with Plan of subdivision and other associated models
Lead all activities required to undertake your responsibilities, including (but not limited to) consultant procurement, management and contract management, committee presentations, gateway approvals etc
Lead the preparation of impact assessments as a result of changes or other factors, including the impacts on cost, time and quality
Support Parking projects assigned by development, (e.g., park & ride, temporary parking, parking structure)
Lead the management of transport planning in support of the District Master Development teams, including:
Lead preparation and management of any and all transport planning consultant shortlist, including regular review, supplier interface on performance and updates as necessary

Proven expertise in transport modeling, traffic analysis, and strategic planning methodologies
Familiarity with sustainability principles in transport systems design and implementation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in transport planning
Minimum of 18 - 20 years of experience in transport planning with a focus on large-scale projects for urban networks
Bachelor's degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
