• Help streamline our vendor network as we continue to grow
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service expectations
• Ensure our teams have access to reliable, cost-effective resources
• Build and maintain relationships with qualified contractors and vendors

Requirements

Sourcing Specialist (Contractor + Vendor Relations)

We need someone who knows the construction world inside and out—someone who’s worked with or alongside small to mid-sized contractors and understands what good quality, fair pricing, and dependable service actually look like.

Tired of being in the field? Have a multifamily or housing background? Love the thrill of finding great vendors and negotiating even better pricing?

• Organized, persistent, and great at follow-through
• A natural negotiator who likes comparing bids and securing solid deals
• Experienced in construction, multifamily maintenance, or property operations
• Comfortable talking shop with tradespeople and contractors
