- Keep daily trip logs and communicate any vehicle or maintenance issues to the Community Manager
- Ensure proper use of community resources, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain and update the daily shuttle schedule and route calendar
- Report any observed community rule violations or concerns
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Provide safe, punctual daily shuttle service between Knox Ridge and designated stops
