As Operations Analyst you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive performance efficiency, and innovation across a rapidly growing renewable energy portfolio.

  • Assist in developing operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to operational teams and management.
  • Contribute to team meetings, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with digital and data teams to optimise asset performance and safety.
  • Develop and maintain bespoke operational reports and dashboards.
  • Collect, cleanse, and analyse data from multiple internal and external systems.
  • Support integration of new technologies, tools, and data systems.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in a data-driven discipline such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with systems such as CMMS, Pi Vision, or EAM.
  • Background in technical operations or engineering environments.
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills from varied data sources.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience producing and presenting reports to senior stakeholders.
  • 1 year experience within the energy, utilities, or industrial operations sector.
