Key accountabilities include mentoring and growing a dynamic team of planners and engineers, driving business development by cultivating client relationships and leading proposals, and overseeing complex multidisciplinary projects with full responsibility for client satisfaction and financial performance.
The role requires creativity, resourcefulness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, along with excellent organization, time‑management, research abilities, and clear technical/business writing.
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of transportation or urban planning experience, a Bachelor’s degree in civil or transportation engineering, planning, or a related field, with a Master’s preferred, and proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant database tools.
