In this role you will join the IP Legal team and support the implementation and optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. You will work closely with legal, IT, and business teams to configure CLM tools—preferably iCertis—design workflows, develop SOPs, and promote adoption through training and process improvements.
Your responsibilities include configuring and enhancing CLM functionality, translating legal and business requirements into scalable workflows, and delivering training programs. You will monitor system usage, leverage AI features for contract analysis, and support integration with platforms such as Ariba, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Additionally, you will ensure alignment with global CLM strategy, upload executed contracts, validate metadata, maintain accurate records, generate reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in law, business, or an IT‑related field and has 6‑8 years of experience in CLM implementation or legal operations. Hands‑on experience with Icertis or a similar CLM platform, a strong understanding of contract processes, and a track record of working with cross‑functional legal and IT teams are required. Familiarity with AI tools applied to contract management is also desired.
