Conduct regular site inspections to control quality, identify potential issues, and coordinate with contractors & Boralex asset management team to resolve them;
Report and collect contractors’ and local stakeholders’ reports on gates, fencing, unauthorised access material damage, vandalism, spills, water blockages;
Propose and apply innovative solutions to site challenges;
Ensure the implementation of best practices to optimise deadlines, costs and quality;
Assist Statutory Inspections, including in wind turbines;
Engage with contractors on site to follow-up activities and to ensure safety, cooperation, performance is achieved; report on their activities and performance;
Oversee day-to-day site operations for wind & battery storage assets;
Ensure strict compliance with site-specific environmental & planning commitments;

Previous accreditation as an AT/CT under WTSR is a plus;
Be in possession of a current managers CSCS card or other relevant qualifications including SMSTS;
HV switching experience (SAP, AP) is a plus;

Proven history from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulics background within a similar industry;
IT skills - basic MS office/Outlook;
Ability to work at height and in adverse weather conditions;
Full driving licence;
Construction experience is a plus.
