  • Troubleshoots of TeleAlarm and Telemonitoring
  • Support contract negotiation with the MNO
  • Tests local configurations and releases for the Edge device
  • Manages technical requirements and expectations with local MNO
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot connectivity in IoT Network
  • Support and maintenance of the SLA-s with MNO

  • 6y+ experience in working with Mobile Networks
  • Very good understanding of Mobile Data and Voice
  • Experience in a support organization or software development with troubleshooting and technical support aspects
  • Very good communication skills and verbal and written fluency in English
  • Basic understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) and Edge Architecture and Technology
  • University or bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking or electrical engineering
  • Team player, but highly autonomous and independent working style
  • Good understanding of IoT Connectivity infrastructure-related topics such as TCP/IP, Global M2M SIM, OpenVPN, Linux, cloud (AWS/Azure), and IPv4/v6.
  • 4y+experience working with end-to-end mobile communication concepts (signaling, QoS, and protocols) and relevant technologies and services, including 2G, 3G, 4G, VoIP, VoLTE, MO/MT SMS, MO/MT Call, MPLS
  • Very good understanding of Network Connectivity and Protocols
