What you would be doing

Receive and fulfill print requests from internal customers
Receives and sorts incoming and outgoing U.S. mail; meters and processes mail using postage and inserting equipment
Prepares and processes necessary paperwork related to mail services;
Prepares print materials for finishing, including stapling, folding, or cutting
Notifies departments when packages are delivered and places sorted mail in designated areas
Restocks supplies and performs light maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (e.g., clearing jams, changing toner)
Responsible for issuing, tracking, and actual problem resolution on hardware and software issues.
Tracks print and mail volumes using spreadsheets and physical logs; collects recipient signatures for package deliveries
Makes basic formatting or layout adjustments to documents to ensure correct print output
Delivers Board of Commissioners agenda packets monthly to designated external locations using CWS vehicle
Operate a variety of printing, copying, binding, and finishing equipment
Operates motor vehicle to deliver/retrieve mail and to deliver/pickups items.
Process all classes of mail including express mail or private carriers to ensure adherence to proper size, weight, packaging, postage, and other postal requirements.
Maintains accurate records of deliveries, print jobs, and materials handled
Process customer correspondence.
Communicates and coordinates with outside vendor technical support.
Work with Fleet Maintenance to ensure department vehicle is maintained on schedule.

Standard Operating Instruction (SOI) per department requirements.
Frequent maneuvering as required to perform the essential functions to include but not limited to: bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, and standing.
Ability to make minor adjustments/repairs on equipment to retrieve materials jammed within the machinery to include grasping and reaching.
Associate degree and one (1) year related experience, or a combination of graphic design education and related experience equal to four (4) years. High school diploma or GED required.
Regular attendance is required.
Ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities.
Subject to outside conditions occasionally when making rounds to the post office and deliveries.
Job performance must conform to all CWS policies and procedures.
Ability to receive detailed information through oral/written communication.
Ability to observe and comprehend document layouts, formatting, and print output on screen prior to production
Ability to make fine distinctions in sound, such as when making adjustments on equipment.
Prior work record indicating dependability and conscientiousness.
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force routinely, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Objects greater than 50 pounds require a two-person operation.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds of materials daily. Objects greater than 50 pounds require a two-person operation.
Ability to operate and maintain motor vehicles.
OSHA and departmental safety training as required.
Specific knowledge of CWS Environmental Management System Policy and Procedures.
ISO 14001 standards for department and company.
Ideal candidate has some experience in an office, print shop, or mailroom environment, and familiarity using high-volume printers, copiers, and document editing tools such as Microsoft Word, Canva, or Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to use a personal computer, telephone, copier, automated binding machine, automated postage machines, and standard /battery operated pallet jacks.
Ability to follow set procedures and may exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions.
