Make specifications, reconciliations, and trial balance review on various aspects in the accounts.
Monthly and/or Quarterly reporting for the Business Unit, ensuring timely submission, data accuracy and insight-driven analysis.
Oversee and coordinate all financial transactions and processes related to the assigned Business Unit in collaboration with various internal FSSC teams.
Serve as the main point of contact person for a specific Business Unit of Boskalis within the Shared Service Centre and be responsible for maintaining a high-quality service.
Acting as a sparring partner to the Business Unit, providing both solicited and unsolicited advice to management.
Initiate and manage finance-related improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance.

Experience in an international diverse organization (Oil & Gas, Construction industry)
Excellent communicator in English both written and verbal.
Potential and willingness to mentor or guide junior finance staff when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
