  • Participate in the implementation for the resulting aforementioned activities
  • Investigate product and process related issues and recommend changes based on observations and salary/wage interactions
  • Perform Audits or reviews, including inputting and maintaining information in factory databases and systems.
  • Provide analysis to support timely and accurate solutions to line side issues.
  • Provide special engineering project support at the direction of the factory engineering team
  • Assist in investigations and corrective actions and leverage innovative ideas to best address long standing manufacturing issues.

  • SAP experience.
  • Enrolled in an accredited engineering / data analytics / IT or business program having completed coursework covering engineering or science related topics
  • Strong communication skills with experience solving technical problems.
  • Graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
  • Ability to work 16-20 hours during the academic year and 30-40 hours during the summer semester
  • Familiarity with drawing and schematic interpretation, product models and /or geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Familiarity with information gathering and analysis techniques
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience with software programming languages and /or ML familiarity
  • Project or work experience in a manufacturing or technical field
  • Experience in one or more related engineering areas: electrical, software programming, troubleshooting, design, and manufacturing.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • Demonstrable mechanical aptitude or familiarity and ability work within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and experience with agricultural equipment or other off highway machinery
