- Strong HVAC experience, troubleshooting and conversions required
- 1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry required
- Experience managing 1+ employees
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- HVAC experience required
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
