  • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

  • Bilingual skill preferred (English/Spanish speaking)
  • Strong HVAC experience, troubleshooting and conversions required
  • 1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry required
  • Experience managing 1+ employees
  • Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
  • HVAC experience required
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
