Must be a confident team player with good communication skills and the ability to instruct and control contractors, intervene, and challenge actions and behaviours if the need arises. You must also be a good manager of both time and people.
Experience of working in Compliance ideally within either Facilities Management, M&E Manufacturing or Aerospace industry
Proficiency with compliance management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understand and comply with health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
You will hold relevant professional, technical, or management qualifications and experience with the ability to lead large teams effectively.
Full UK driving license (25-30% travel required)
You will have a proven track record for managing contractors and subcontractors preferably in Hard FM Commercial / industrial properties.
Must have excellent customer communication skills both written and verbal
You must hold good communication skills and be an ambassador for your company and colleagues.
