The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting on plans, cost, safety, environment and performance. You will establish and maintain control processes in line with the Guide to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP) and the Investment Competence Framework. The role also involves deploying the controls team effectively to support the programme.
This position is within the Infrastructure department, reporting to the Programme Controller. You will collaborate closely with project managers and planning functions to resolve resourcing issues and ensure data quality.
We are hiring Project Controls Managers for major infrastructure projects and programmes in London and the South East. The role is suited to candidates with proven experience in rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, highways or defence sectors. You will be responsible for delivering project controls across these complex programmes.
