The attendant greets arriving and departing members and guests, parks and retrieves vehicles and golf carts, and operates transit vans to transport passengers to on‑site and off‑site locations such as the airport. Responsibilities also include maintaining clean transportation shuttles, performing vehicle safety checks, delivering items, running errands, and managing transportation schedules. Reporting duties cover trip counts, mileage, hours worked, and fuel consumption, while adhering to traffic laws and departmental policies.
Candidates must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (or international equivalent) with a driving record that meets insurance requirements, and possess a high school diploma or GED. At least six months of guest‑service experience in a high‑volume environment is required, with prior valet experience in a luxury setting preferred. The role demands physical stamina for extended periods, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
