In this role you will join Ramboll’s Environment & Health Department and the digital transformation team called Galago. Working closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals, you will deliver 3D modeling solutions for utility mapping, renovation, restoration, maintenance, and retrofitting projects.
The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Consultant position follows a hybrid work model and is based in one of several U.S. offices, including Arlington, VA; Syracuse, NY; Albany, NY; Rochester, NY; Princeton, NJ; Blue Bell, PA; Atlanta, GA; Baton Rouge, LA; Charlotte, NC; and Portland, ME, with remote options considered. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis, as sponsorship is not available.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering or a related field and have at least five years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency with BIM software such as AutoCAD or Revit is required, while experience with GIS, 3D laser scanning, or photogrammetry is a plus. Effective communication and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential.

The position’s base salary is projected between $81,515 and $112,083 annually, with actual compensation varying by experience, location, and other factors.
