Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Maintain all mandatory postings, assuring timely updates to current versions.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the coordination and execution of various HR and recruiting projects.
Assist in planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a professional and efficient workspace.
Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR matters including benefits, policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Verify I-9 documentation, complete forms and follow-through with updates as required.
Generate monthly expense reports for the credit card statement.
