Independently handle assigned notifications and support customers in providing appropriate disposition actions.
Create supplementary NCRs for internally supplied products.
Determine final disposition actions and recover potential costs by applying Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) methodology.
Initiate disposition requests with suppliers and validate their task decisions through 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Coordinate and follow up with internal customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution using Problem-Solving (8D) framework.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA cycle to drive process efficiency and reduce recurrence of issues.
Create and manage NCR notifications raised by originators for both product and non-product deviations in the SAP HANA ERP system.
Account for NC-related costs and close notifications in the system with proper traceability and documentation.
Review, prioritize, and assign the right partners to address NC issues using Pareto Analysis and Risk Priority Number (RPN) evaluation.

Working knowledge of Visual PPT, Microsoft Lists, and Excel Macros.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Effective team player with strong collaboration skills. Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented. Positive attitude with a good sense of humor.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral (knowledge of German or Danish is an added advantage).
Good analytical ability with practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related activities.
Outgoing, approachable, and professional in interactions with stakeholders.
1-3 years hands-on experience in Procurement, Warehousing, and handling Non-Conformity (NC) issues for product and non-product deviations.
Practical experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
