What you would be doing

- Daily ordering of materials, booking of deliveries and notify management of problems – assist in problem solving
- Support the teams with administration duties where necessary
- Collate and format monthly stats and reports for the Operations Manager
- Coordinate, in conjunction with operations the efficient organisation and delivery of material / plant resources to meet the programme needs
- Liaise with operations staff and plant operators to collate information with regards to contracting supply chain and plant supply

- Experience of working within a busy environment is advantageous as is the ability to work remotely with multiple colleagues and suppliers
- Secondary school education, A Levels etc or equivalent
- requirement for experience in successfully leading and developing teams
- You should have a good working knowledge of both Microsoft Office and SAP and be able to demonstrate knowledge of material types, types of plant
