Contract Specialist

Description

• Work with Mitie teams to ensure contract compliance and law is correct,
• Maintain hand-back programme and risk register,
• Liaise with internal and external Stakeholders for regular updates on contract statuses etc,
• Lead and coordinate contract hand-back and termination activities,
• Manage updates, risks, and dependencies across the exit lifecycle,
• Ensure accurate documentation (O&M manuals, compliance certificates, maintenance logs),

Requirements

• Confident communicator
• Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance
• Project/programme management experience
• Ability to interpret technical and contractual documentation
• Full UK driving licence
• Contract management experience ideally including expiry/transition phases
• Understanding of PPP models, contract law, and lifecycle obligations
