As a key member of Sunrun’s retail team, you will represent the brand inside designated partner retail stores and influence potential customers. Your role involves building relationships, generating enthusiasm for Sunrun products, and educating shoppers about renewable energy and storage solutions. You will proactively schedule appointments and help expand Sunrun’s customer base.
Success requires strong communication skills, self‑motivation, a willingness to learn, and genuine passion for Sunrun’s mission. You must be able to work a flexible retail schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, and have reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile radius. The role also demands standing and mobility for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lb.
Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 on average, with top performers earning $160,000 + per year. Pay includes a competitive hourly base wage plus uncapped commissions for new solar appointments, a full benefits package, and performance incentives such as an exotic‑destination getaway.
