The Project Manager will support client‑side delivery of capital investment projects, from option studies and development through construction tender support to NEC contract administration. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary transmission, distribution and power‑systems projects, overseeing stakeholder, health‑&‑safety, risk, quality, schedule and contract management, and ensuring projects meet client expectations for quality, cost, and timing.
- Lead delivery of multi‑disciplinary transmission, distribution, and power systems projects.
- Provide client‑side project management covering stakeholder engagement, health & safety, risk, quality, schedule, and contract administration.
- Manage and support project teams, ensuring adequate resources meet client and business requirements.
- Oversee subcontractors and remote resources to maintain project performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional team members.
- Identify and support business development opportunities with existing and new clients.

Candidates should have experience working within client organisations or on secondments, and a proven track record delivering transmission, distribution, or related construction projects. Proficiency with the NEC suite of contracts—especially the Professional Services Contract and Engineering and Construction Contract—and NEC3/4 accreditation are required. A relevant professional qualification (project management, construction management, or engineering) and progress toward Chartered status with RICS, APM, or equivalent are desirable.
- Demonstrate experience working within client organisations or through co‑location/secondments.
- Have prior experience delivering transmission and distribution or construction projects, with strong interest in the sector.
- Possess proficiency with NEC contracts, especially PSC and ECC, and NEC3/4 accreditation.
- Work effectively in integrated, multi‑organisation collaborative teams delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, and relationship‑building skills.
- Hold a professional qualification in project/construction management or engineering; Chartered status or pursuit with RICS, APM, etc.
- Operate independently with a proactive, can‑do attitude and strong industry network.
