Design and develop digital and analog electronic PCBAs and system-level designs for energy products.
Take ownership of circuit board electronics from specification through design, prototype, validation, and manufacturing.
Collaborate with teams such as mechanical, firmware, EMC, RF, design validation, thermal design, compliance, reliability, and manufacturing test engineers.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Expertise in high-speed digital design and signal integrity.
Experience with signal integrity simulation, ideally with Anysis SiWave.
Basic firmware understanding for bootloader configurations and device settings.
Proficiency in bench validation and debugging, including measuring eye diagram compliance.
Experience designing board-level power supplies (buck, boost, flyback).
Familiarity with development of digital and analog interfaces for test systems, especially using Labview, Matlab, or Python, is a plus.
Knowledge of medium to high volume DFT and DFM.
Basic scripting skills to read and modify test scripts.
Experience with DSPs, microcontrollers, or programmable logic devices.
Experience in PCB layout, plane definition, and thermal and EMC optimization.
Previous experience in the solar, energy storage, electric vehicle, or charging industry is a plus.
Experience with analog sensors and signal conditioning circuits.
Experience in designing digital communication buses such as CAN, Ethernet, RS-485, USB, SPI, I2C.
Proficiency with DDR memory and Ethernet interfaces.
Experience with battery management systems, power electronics, high-speed digital design, or RF is a plus.
Ability to perform or guide PCB layout, including stackup design and controlled impedance definition.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
