Roofing Service Forepersons

Description

• Supervise and train a crew of 6 to 8 people.
• Ensure crew operates to optimize safety, service, and quality measures.

Requirements

• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit., and metal roof repairs.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays if necessary.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
