The ideal candidate has experience in both commercial and residential excavation, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and is familiar with HCSS HeavyBid software (training on HeavyJob is provided). You should be a detail‑oriented, organized self‑starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work long hours under varying conditions, and able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
This full‑time salaried position offers paid time off, family medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and a five‑year employment appreciation bonus. Work hours are Monday through Friday with flexibility as project demands require, and the role is based on‑site.
