Overview
Two mechanical engineers launched a firm that would define MEP systems for iconic high‑rise structures.
Over nearly a century, it has grown into a global powerhouse integrating consulting, engineering, commissioning, and ICT services.
Typical assignments include mission‑critical data hubs, airports, hospitals, universities, museums, and corporate campuses.
Specialists design mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, AV, telecom, security, and vertical‑transport systems.
Standout facts include pioneering air‑conditioning in the Frick Collection, river‑water cooling for the UN HQ, and designing the Lincoln Center.
