Clear are seeking a BMS Project Manager to oversee the delivery of building management and energy control system projects from design through to commissioning and handover. The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of BMS projects, from planning and design to installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and procurement of equipment/materials.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Control budgets, variations, and change orders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Coordinate with commissioning engineers to achieve system integration, testing, and client approval.
- Drive continuous improvement and support best practices in project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, or equivalent).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience in system installation, commissioning, and client handover processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally within the BMS, HVAC controls, or building services sector.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Familiarity with Irish building regulations and construction practices is advantageous.
