- Promotion of the importance of health and well-being of the team, including team building fitness activities, social events and the provision of a healthy work environment
- Lead tasks on projects and shall report to managers and directors
- Maintain high quality of all deliverables with efficient time delivery
- Conducting all FLS activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel
- Lead the successful delivery of projects to a high standard
- Actively pursue continued professional development through the completion of training modules
- Meet the time-line set for the generation of all fire and life safety designs, reports and related submission tasks such as client meetings and workshops
- Act as PM and PD for FLS and multidisciplinary projects as per AESG project management standards
- Lead the continues development of FP design deliverables and FP team members
- Manage project resourcing as well as FP team members with lower grades
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects
- Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs
- Keep traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittal
- Fire protection systems (firefighting, fire alarm, smoke control, emergency lighting, LPG) drawings preparation and review for authority submission and approval
- Fire protection reports writing as well as QAQC other reports acting as deliverable approver
- Produce accurate and timely submittals to agreed deadlines
- Act as main point of contact for efficient project delivery
- Prepare and issuance of final FLS Strategy reports and studies when assigned by managers and directors

- CFPS and PMP Certification
- A BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety/Protection or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Good relationship builders (internal and external)
- A minimum of 5 years experience practicing fire protection engineering / consultancy
- Sound technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors
- Highly collaborative approach across the different technical service offerings
- Commitment in building on your areas of specialism and focal interest points, supporting your professional development through a structured training and mentorship program
