Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with management, project teams, and site supervisors to ensure compliance across operations
Maintain and report safety data and documentation
Lead safety training sessions for office, plant, and field staff
Conduct risk assessments and regular site/plant inspections
Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
💡We’re seeking a proactive Safety Manager to lead health and safety initiatives across both construction sites and plant operations. In this office-based role with regular field travel, you’ll ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, build a strong culture of safety, and implement preventive measures to protect all employees and worksites.
OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 preferred or in progress
1–5 years of experience in safety management (construction or industrial environments preferred)
Strong knowledge of OSHA and general construction safety standards
Skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident reporting
