Leading and executing high-impact, cross-functional sourcing projects across various spend categories for Arconic's procurement team.
Create and implement negotiation planning templates and best practices to support consistent, high-quality negotiation execution across sourcing projects.
Develop tools and processes for team capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal deployment of sourcing talent.
Define and document a world-class strategic sourcing process, leveraging existing structures and templates while continuously improving tools, templates, and methodologies.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Develop and maintain a robust sourcing project funnel in collaboration with category management and procurement excellence teams, including kickoff scheduling, team formation, charter development, and goal setting.
Lead a team of strategic sourcing professionals in the execution of high-impact, cross-functional sourcing projects across all direct, indirect, logistics, and services categories.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and business units to ensure sourcing strategies align with enterprise goals and risk management practices.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sourcing, negotiation, and project management capabilities across sourcing specialists, category managers, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis to support sourcing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Proficiency in sourcing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
