Monitors design content and coordinates design revisions for constructability and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget.
Manages changes to prime contracts, including change control documentation and related financial documentation.
Prepares and manages subcontracts and purchase orders, including change control documentation and related financial documentation.
Supports Project Executives, Director of Operations, and General Manager in the preparation of project delivery proposals.
Coordinates with Accounting to invoice clients and manage Accounts Receivable to meet corporate goals.
Works closely with the Construction Manager and Superintendents to ensure that field events, conditions, exceptions, and issues are fully reflected in cost reports.
Works closely with the Construction Manager and Site Superintendent to monitor performance against the target schedule and implement corrective actions against nonconformances.
Manages the delivery of individual projects and holds primary responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Works with the financial group to manage project financial issues.
The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
Develops and maintains written preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans, obtains review and approval from the Project Executive and/or Director of Operations, and communicates to the project team.
Supports project/client development process with presentations and related marketing activities.
You will visit construction sites and will be required to take site safety training and adhere to site safety rules.
Identifies risks to the project and corporation and works with Project Directors and the Director of Operations to mitigate risks.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
Strong working knowledge of industry standards, construction codes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, FDA, ISO).
Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams on highly technical projects
Overnight travel or staying in the city of the Client’s location is possible, depending on the assignment.
Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis.
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying weather.
Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Experience managing construction projects in life sciences environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device) and/or complex manufacturing facilities (e.g., GMP, pilot plants, laboratories, clean rooms, process utilities) OR data centers.
This position will have 25% travel, or as required by the assigned project.
Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
