RE Secondary Agent

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Secondary Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by understanding their needs and preferences. Daily tasks include property market research, preparing and presenting property listings, scheduling property viewings, and negotiating contract terms. The agent will build strong client relationships, stay informed on real estate market trends, and provide exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in relevant CRM and real estate software
• Valid UAE driving license and a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field are beneficial
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management is preferred
• Multilingual proficiency is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Knowledge of property market dynamics, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in managing property listings, conducting research, and handling customer inquiries
