Reporting directly to the management team with responsibility for compliance administration duties on a day-to-day basis. You will need to have an understanding of company policies and procedures, understanding of escalation procedures and ensure all record keeping functions are completed as required.
- This is a key and critical role within a small team responsible for maintaining the operational and commercial/Industrial delivery criteria to the Customer.
- Assist in the delivery of contractual obligations.
- Assist in ensuring delivery to budget.
- Attend any meetings as required by the contract or management team.
- Be aware of the key targets for the contract and, carry out his/her responsibilities in the most cost-effective manner.
- The role may involve being the face of Equans so a smart appearance and being able to discuss findings with others is required.
- Assisting in producing and required reports.
- Complying with site health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
- Assist in ensuring contractual and legislative compliance.
- Report all incidents and accidents, including near misses.
- To be familiar with Company and site procedures, which affect him/her, assist in the completion of administrative tasks identified by the Equans quality systems.
