You will assist in the preparation of statutory documentation and support multi-disciplinary teams in managing land & stakeholder risk for infrastructure projects
You will undertake desktop research, site visits and interpretation of title information along with managing information through databases and GIS
Your work will also support our teams in the delivery of land access, landowner engagement, stakeholder engagement, and supporting projects through to the consenting stages
Supervising small land referencing teams in the identification of landowners, occupiers and other parties that hold a legal interest in land, through research and interpretation of HMLR titles and registers

Experience of working with mapping software and knowledge of GIS
Experience of landowner engagement or working with members of the public
Ideally have experience of land projects in the water industry
You must be prepared to work out on site going door to door around the UK and supervising your team as you fill in the missing pieces of information to complete the land ownership database
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and landowners
A full driving licence is required to travel to site and /or client offices/remote locations
A degree in geography or another relevant discipline, which has provided you with an understanding of the complexities of land-use and/or landownership in UK
Experience of working with databases and managing information with excellent attention to detail
Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
