The field consultant designs and delivers training courses for customers and technical employees on installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC products, and also troubleshoots technical inquiries. This role is responsible for identifying customer needs and developing effective training solutions.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a two‑year college or HVAC degree. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant training experience and five years of technical experience, along with advanced product knowledge, presentation skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WebEx, as well as some sales ability and a track record of building solid customer relationships, are also required.
This salaried exempt role offers a starting salary range of $70,000‑$92,400 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus and no overtime.
