The role involves managing parts operations in a 3,000‑10,000 sq ft warehouse, handling receiving, storage, shipping, and counter sales without direct supervision. Responsibilities include processing orders in NAV, pulling and packing materials, participating in inventory counts, updating bin locations, researching parts, facilitating core and warranty returns, and providing over‑the‑counter sales support.
- Process sales orders and transfers in NAV; pull and pack materials for delivery.
- Perform receiving, labeling, restocking, pick, pack, and shipping while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts; update Min/Max items and bin locations.
- Research parts for customers and service technicians.
- Facilitate customer core and warranty returns.
- Provide over‑the‑counter sales and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver orders to local customers and technicians using a company vehicle.
- Assist Service Manager/Director with technician inquiries on installations or parts.
- Schedule and coordinate multiple truck deliveries with freight companies.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of warehouse experience, and familiarity with modern inventory control, ERP systems, bar‑coding, and Microsoft Office. Candidates must possess strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, be eligible to work in the United States, and pass background and drug screenings.

- Experience with modern warehouse/inventory systems, bar‑coding, and ERP (Business Central).
- Strong organization, attention to detail (5S Lean warehousing), and customer service focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Able to work after hours, accept calls, and pass a 60‑month motor vehicle record check.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and pass drug, background, and MVR screenings.
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lb, operate a forklift, and stand 8‑10 hours daily.
