- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
- Daily inspections of the forklifts, warehouse, cold rooms, & freezer
- Timely & accurate issuance, return & transfer of semi-finished & finished product, components, & label control material & production-related materials.
- Maintain up to date training status.
- Supervises day to day activities of a team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical production environment
- Utilization of SAP for material flow to production.
- Removal of wrap and corner boards
- Wrapping of palletized product in preparation for shipment
- Look-up & reorder of inventory & plant supplies
- Inventory Control of newly received components/materials to include placing in locations.
- Supervising, mentoring and training of a crew focused on delivering the client’s requirements
- Utilization of direct issue, Good Receipt, inventory adjustment & transfer receipts

- Ability to accurately judge depth from at least sixteen feet.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with a computerized inventory system such as SAP a plus
- Willing to learn GMP manufacturing concepts through SOPs, Online Training, and OJT.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to work in cold temperatures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate stand-up & sit-down forklifts
- Minimum 1 year related experience, preferably in a GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical industry
- Supervisory/ leadership experience preferred
- Computer competencies required based Microsoft knowledge; Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
- Ability to read, writes legibly, & understands all department documentation required
- Ability to execute a work plan & adapt to changes in the schedule
- Basic math skills including knowledge of metric system
- Training or experience to demonstrate an understanding of the risks inherent to the processing, handling & storage of hazardous materials
- Ability to work in high places.
- Ability to support day shift from 8am-5pm
- Corrected vision to 20/30.
