A suitable candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnics or a related discipline (or equivalent), with a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering desirable but not essential.
They should have a good understanding of engineering geology and geotechnics ideally with earthworks supervision skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
The role requires excellent written skills for producing clear, high-quality technical reports, strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a consistent focus on health and safety.
