The Manager – Energy Assets Technology Solution Delivery is a senior leadership role within the Energy Assets Technology (EAT) team, which enables the energy transition by delivering innovative technology solutions for a rapidly growing portfolio. You will shape and guide complex, multi‑year technology initiatives, align them with the organisation’s strategic goals and foster a collaborative, diverse environment where the team can thrive.
In this role you will lead and inspire a geographically dispersed team, mentor talent and drive capability uplift across the technology community. You will shape the EAT project portfolio—scoping, budgeting, sequencing and resource planning—while overseeing delivery to meet business objectives, quality standards and compliance. Managing vendor contracts, controlling costs and ensuring operational excellence through IT service management, change control and HSE standards are also key responsibilities.
We are looking for a leader with inclusive leadership experience, a strategic and analytical mindset, and the ability to identify business needs and drive process improvements. Technical proficiency is required across operational systems, networking, cloud, virtualization and cybersecurity, as well as knowledge of industry standards such as AESCSF, ISA‑95, IEC 62443 and the SOCI Act. Proven project delivery expertise—including budgeting, risk and time management—in dynamic environments is essential.
