You’ll be responsible for both the proactive and reactive management of backup services across more than 200 servers. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll ensure issues are resolved quickly, systems remain robust, and service levels are consistently met. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work independently when needed.
