RFP development, pre-bid planning, oversight, and coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections and attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Assist team on facilitating design and construction phases.
Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts (clash detection).
Manage contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Work closely with Operations to coordinate design criteria and construction with ongoing maintenance and operation of existing facilities.
Project set up with project budget and schedule creation including oversight.
QA/QC work of assigned projects to confirm accuracy.
Monitor installation and commissioning activities on-site for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building systems.
Management in contractor safety performance.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules for MEP works.
Hand-off of physical data center and project documents to customer and operations.
Oversight of physical construction activities on site.
Lead testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful handover of MEP systems.
Assist with coordination of contractors. Either traditional contractors or design build contractors.
Assist with coordination and logistical planning for all OFCI equipment.
For assigned construction projects, manage General Contractors and vendors project management resources.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and the client to ensure technical requirements are met.
Ensure ‘lessons learned’ are held and placed in the feedback loop to drive continuous improvement.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure project team aligns with project turnover documentation requirements to Operations.
Ensure that all MEP works are executed safely and in compliance with local codes and standards.
Review monthly billing with team, confirm substantiation and audit vs budget.

Data Center and General Contractor experience preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
