Progress reporting and resource hour control for the Structural Scope.

Experience with managing a team of Engineers and Designers to develop structural packages on for tender and construction
Strong interpersonal/people skills with the ability to manage design personnel
Minimum 15 years post graduate experience working for Engineering Consultancies.
A proven track record working closely in partnership with clients and contractors and other members of design teams
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent and ideally Chartered
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenario
Experience across a broad range of structural engineering projects; experience in industrial buildings (Pharmaceutical, Food or Energy projects) would be an advantage
Experience with construction
