Office Survey Technician

Description

• Assist with cut sheets, grade sheets, and surface models.
• Prepare boundary, subdivision, and easement plats.
• Lead and guide survey efforts, providing solutions for complex tasks and supporting less experienced staff.
• Prepare and deliver survey data for field crews.
• Research independently and ensure compliance with company CADD standard
• Organize and create survey exhibits.
• Draft and prepare survey maps, as-built drawings, surface models, and lot grading plans.
• Process topographic and location surveys.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
• 5+ years of experience processing, drafting, and coordinating office survey work in land development or civil engineering.
• HS Diploma and strong knowledge of surveys for land development projects.
