Oversee projects from feasibility through detailed design to construction, ensuring compliance with standards, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct feasibility studies, optioneering, detailed design, and produce clear design sketches integrated into models using computer-aided design tools.
Contribute to proposals, work scopes, schedules, budgets, and implement risk management practices including Design Risk Assessments.
Lead the development of designs and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Ensure DSEAR compliance, prepare construction and safety files, and support technical queries with focus on cost, safety, and design integrity.

BEng or MEng/MSc Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience producing technical sketches in communicating with different disciplines to explore idea and pass design decisions.
