Represent GMS professionally in hyperscale data center environments.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and structured workflows.
Perform Level 3 Startup & Commissioning: Energize equipment safely, program ECM fans and VFDs, validate sensors, troubleshoot operational issues, and complete commissioning documentation.
Communicate effectively with Mechanical Contractors (MC), General Contractors (GC), and internal GMS teams.
Execute Level 2 Pre-Startup Verification (PSV): Inspect IRHX modules, verify mechanical/electrical assemblies, identify deficiencies, and perform corrective actions.

Electrical proficiency: control wiring, Modbus networks, and ability to read wiring diagrams.
5–8 years of experience in mission-critical environments (data centers or similar).
Advanced knowledge of low-voltage control wiring systems and networked controls.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hydronic systems (pumps, coils, glycol loops).
Journeyman-level license in one jurisdiction: MD, VA, or DC.
Proven experience with equipment startup and commissioning processes.
OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout certifications highly preferred.
3–5 years of experience at journeyman level in HVAC, piping, or mechanical/electrical systems.
Familiarity with VFDs, ECM motors, and digital control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical deficiencies independently.
Competence in completing technical documentation accurately.
