Extensive knowledge of building construction, materials, means and methods, scheduling, project accounting and cost control procedures, general contract structure, general conditions, subcontract documents, construction drawings and specifications.

Current safety certifications, including OSHA 30-hour.
Adept at managing project documentation, including RFI’s, submittals, plan changes (ASI’s, CCD’s, etc.).
The role may involve extended hours on construction sites, necessitating physical stamina to move around the premises.
The ability to lift and/or move materials and tools is essential, with a maximum weight limit of 50lbs. These tasks may vary and are not required to be performed daily.
Able to delegate tasks and follow up to ensure successful completion.
Possesses organizational skills and is detail oriented.
This position may require frequent travel by motor vehicle.
This position requires outdoor work, with exposure to various weather conditions.
Proficient in scheduling and tracking software tools such as MS Project, P6 (Primavera), and/or Suretrack.
Bachelors of Science in Construction Management or Engineering.
Can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with contract values ranging from $1M to $15M each, or individual complex projects ranging from $10M to $40M.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite programs; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Demonstrated the history of excellent customer service.
Confidence in navigating and understanding prime contracts.
Demonstrates leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, self-discipline, dedication, and dependability.
SWPPP certification (desired).
