The Market Data Coordinator joins an enterprising, enthusiastic team and helps maintain accurate market information. The position supports both internal teams and external partners by ensuring data integrity and adapting to new challenges.
In this role you will source and update listing availability, verify transaction data, research lease and sales comparables, work with sales agents, landlords and advisors to gather information, and record meeting outcomes in the platform.
Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in a related discipline, have at least one year of relevant experience—preferably in real estate—, be proficient with data‑management programs and policies, and demonstrate strong client‑service skills across the organization and with external partners.
