Construction Sales Engineer/Estimator

Sell and estimate fire alarm and sprinkler services in construction projects
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new and recurring business.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
Estimate and bid on new opportunities for fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler services (service, inspections, tenant improvements, and/ or new construction).
Track sales activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.

Self-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction sales (alarm, sprinkler, or both).
Strong knowledge of fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler systems, codes, and industry practices.
Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing sales.
Established relationships with local GCs in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with property managers, contractors, and building owners.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
FSA/HSA program
Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, when not attending job walks or client meetings.
