- Develop reports. Assist others in the use of reporting tools.
- Support the Applications Group on numerous project initiatives at the company.
- Respond to and manage daily user inquiries leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. Escalate issues to outside vendors & contractors if necessary. Act as primary liaison with vendors and/or internal resources to ensure appropriate technical and product-level support.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Integrate & support third party applications and tools.
- This position reports to the Vice President, Applications who provides supervision and guidance, and coordinates, evaluates, and monitors work performance on a periodic basis.
- Follow guidelines and controls in promoting new packages and versions.
- Support the Application Data Services team with database maintenance, patching, and performance as necessary.
- Test new applications, configurations or enhancements. Coordinate beta testing.
- Involves movement between departments to facilitate work.
- Conduct research on new technologies and products.
- Involves work of a general office nature usually performed standing such as operation of a fax and printer.

- This position regularly interacts in both verbal and written form with employees.
- Possess an aptitude toward learning technical concepts. Be results-oriented and a quick learner in supporting new products and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases.
- Knowledge of API and Python frameworks to aggregate data from disparate sources.
- Approximately 50% of time is associated with project work.
- Possess a service orientation and attitude in working with others.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or other reporting tool sets.
