  • Organize and manage project scope, activities, and payment applications within predefined WBS and CWA structures.
  • Maintain clear records of WBS/CWA data in alignment with contract requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with logic constraints (Finish to Start) and update schedules weekly and monthly with actual progress.
  • Generate and submit daily logs documenting all site activities, including delays, work progress, inspections, and tests.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Oracle® Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel) to manage and communicate project data effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a Baseline Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and submit regular updates, including percent-complete data and cost tracking.
  • Identify and document schedule or budget deviations.
  • Conduct and participate in weekly progress meetings to discuss updates and challenges with project stakeholders.
  • Create value-loaded schedules correlating activities to budget line items.
  • Prepare and present Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Integrate schedules with concurrent contractors, addressing "path of construction" requirements and blackout dates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
